I've tried numerous products years ago, from Kimi insoles to pills, to some shit you rub on your feet at night to exersizes. I'd say the exersizes MIGHT work a little, but I had to quit doing them as I was getting stomach pains from doing them.
In asia they do it by breaking the bone inn the legs and keep them pulled apart using a rack device and wait 'til the bones grow back. From what i've read, it can cause a person to grow several inches but is painful and takes a long time to achieve.<
Hey guys, here's a site I found when I was searching for ways to keep me from losing any height as I aged and my degenerative joint disease progressed.
I have no idea whatsoever as to how effective this may actually be, but I'm always game to try anything.
The human body has an amazing capacity for healing and rebuilding itself, so I figured that perhaps a routine like this, alongside some intense nutritional therapy guided by a little self-hypnosis might actually do the trick.
If I actually do decide to take up the ol' inversion boots I'll keep you guys posted on any progress.
Sounds like crap to me... but if you can post some scientific evidence supporting it then i'll change my position. The way i see it, you would have to grow your bones to permanently increase height. Inversion boot's just ain't going to do it...
