Have I got more to gain from my ligs?

Perhaps this thread should be located in the nOOB forum, however... I remember, albeit only nebulously, reading about some theory which proposes to tell if you've got more gains hidin' in them ligs. The information which I could garner from this would be priceless because I am becoming incredulous as to the further efficacy of lig stretches; perhaps I should switch to tunica stretches? Could any of you point me in the right direction concerning this?

Don't separate this. Do it all in one stretch. Do BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches) and you will stretch;

  • The penis shaft/tunica albuginea.
  • Ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory).
  • Inner penis.
Remember to always do reverse Kegels.
To think that you want, and can separate all this in different stretches are a 2 dimensional way of looking at your penis, and it's ineffective. Everything are connected, so you can stretch everything simultaneously in every stretch.

What you can do, to stretch the ligaments and the inner penis harder, is to perform expressive stretches, by stretching from the base of your penis. It's important that you grab the inner tissue of your penis in expressive stretches, and not just the skin.

If you are using LENGTHMASTER 3, you attach the chamber at the base of your penis. As said before when starting to stretch with the LENGTHMASTER 3. Start by attaching it behind the glans. If you do reverse Kegels while stretching, you will also stretch inner penis and ligaments, this will show faster progression/growth.

If you can't perform BTC-BS right now, start by doing DBS Downward Bundled Stretches , and progess later to BTC-BS. This will be a good progression for fast length gains.

The key to allow you to trust this process is to realize that, you will stretch all the angles behind your body in BTC-BS. So there is no need to stretch in front of your body (just downward). Also you have more levarage behind your body as well, so it will be much easier to stretch extremely hard.
