Hey friends,

For those who don't know me my username is Haursen.

If you check my profile I have been away for many years. However, due to different changes in my life I'm back and ready to start the work that is needed for PE.

Some of the changes that happened since I've been gone have been I have been experiencing weak erections, I had a career change to where I am no longer in the office position and I am now in the transportation industry (which means that I'm on the road daily). In August my wife and I will be empty nesters.

So at age 52, many changes have happened and will happen this year.

I used to be a PE veteran so to speak however when the scandemic hit, I had stopped altogether.

I started PE again in January focusing a lot on girth because I am approximately 6 in and I didn't want to focus on length.

However, I noticed that my erections were getting weaker and when I started to incorporate stretches I ended up injuring my pelvic floor so I ended up taking a break last week. My regular workout schedule was Monday Wednesday and Friday with Tuesday Thursday and the weekend off.

I used to have a Mity Vac all right end up getting rid of it during the whole scamdemic because... Reasons.

I realized that Mity Vac is the most affordable and versatile pump that's out there and no company can touch the lifetime warranty so these factors drew me back to wanting to order the pump again.

What is different this time is that my wife knows about it because I purchased the Mity Vac as a birthday present for myself along with a device to help with restoring my foreskin.

My work situation is almost similar to @pumpingnewbie , I normally get home between 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m. and on good days 1:00 a.m.

I was able to do PE at about 11:30 a.m. for approximately 30 minutes before I received the pump.

This week I am following Susan Braxton's pumping guide although I did read on MOS about the five times three schedule and I am curious about that as well.

I look forward to learning from each of you who have had success with pumping and I plan on taking measurements soon... I probably can only get the length right now because my erection levels are not that great.

Anyhow I'm rambling now but I just wanted to thank DLD and MOS for taking the time to answer my questions about the pump and taking the time to do so.

I will do my best to post soon and use this post as my PE log.

I just discussed this very issue with my other friends not too long ago about the same exact thing. They got their blood work results and surely enough, their current testosterone levels are below the baseline for the age group.

In addition, low erection also causes by high LDL (bad cholesterol) blood blockage to critical areas, especially when you have belly fat. One of my friends is going through boot camp hell to get his weight down, reinforce his muscles and build up testosterone level back naturally. Once you determine where you are, I can help.

Long hour sitting down will also impact blood circulation. Little do we know that sitting more than 2 hours at a time can create micro clots, and in due time, micro clots can end up in areas where you do not want them to. I hate to suggest baby aspirins for long term, but if you are not living an active lifestyle in the 50s and beyond, baby aspirins may be apart of your lifestyle as well. I do drink 1 baby aspirin each week as a precaution.

I love how your wife thinks of you. To gift you with a too to bring your confidence back up, that is a true life partner. Work hard to make her happy and sing some "OMG" high notes. We're here to assist.

I will consider a T-test. I did this years ago with a self-test where I had to prick my finger and send in the blood.

I will NOT do that again. I couldn't get enough blood out of my finger and had to prick two other fingers to get blood. 😭

Instead, I will do a salvia test to get a range and the investment is only $50 (not including tax).

Regarding blood clots, I started taking Hawthorn and Nattokinase last week so that the front is covered.

I am very blessed to have my wife of 21 years...she is amazing!

I am attaching my PE Journey to this post. I use the software called TheBrain to create it.

Here was yesterday's training (2-26-24)...The 10 minutes is from Susan Braxton's Pumping Guide:

  • warm-up: testicle massage, firestarter, helicopters
  • bundled stretches (30 seconds)
  • pumping (10 minutes - 3 Hg)
    • last minute (pulse pumping)
  • squeeze (30 seconds)
  • strap (30 minutes)

Questions:

1. Would the 5x3 also target length?
2. Is it recommended I do bundled stretches before pumping?
3. If I were the Siliring after pumping, would this be on the base?

You're like me. I use a simplier tracking method through Google Sheets for eternal access by me, my sons, or my brothers from different mothers. Overly details notes and logs.

For others, they may different inputs. For my side:
  1. 5x3 is definitely going into length enhancement territory. When I don't feel that fatigue from the all day stretcher at night, I switch to SRT 5x5x3 after the pumping to max out the girth.
  2. Bundle stretching before the pump maximize muscle elasticity and malleability and prime it for pumping. I do all my length before switching to girth to maximize my gain. I reach girth fatigue a whole lot faster this method.
  3. Depending on what you're going for. If you're expanding the entire penile body, definitely at the base. If you're going for the glans, strap 0.5in below the corona (rim) of the glans. Me, I do both. I stress out my glans to make a larger corona for G-spot stimulation. I strap one aroudn 1in above the base to ensure my entire shaft is uniform as my base is around 0.25in larger than the rest of the shaft. My glans is 0.25in smaller than my mid shaft at the restart of my journey. The corona is now expanding optimally. There's a massive difference in our enjoyment this morning. Most don't comprehend the importance of the glans's function in the stimulation arena and only focus on the main body. If I have to offer my own opinion, 65% goes to the glans, 30% to the shaft, 5% to the base as part of the pumping.

Okay since I'm waiting at the dock, I guess I will start elaborating as much as I can.

I am a huge fan of NOW foods company (fbecause they are a family-based company and take seriously the quality of manufacturing their products.

As you know we live in a poisonous world I have heard Catherine Austin Fitz state that we are going through The Great Poisoning we're almost everything we're in contact with is poisonous or affects the body in some way.

And the quality of our food today is not as ideal as it could be so for me the foundation that I adhere to is multivitamins and now foods has a multivitamin for men called Adam.

I like Adam because it is a soft gel so that means that the bioavailability would be easier, the vitamin has plant sterols and also CoQ10 with CoQ10 being vital for the heart.

It also has saw palmetto which is great for the prostate. The only clarification I need to ask the company is why did they include soy in the multivitamin for men considering that soy can have adverse effect on men.

Kayla McDaniel who is known as the naughty nutritionist stated that monks would give soy to their disciples in order to curb their sexual urges.

I believe that multivitamins are foundational for excellent health.

Hawthorn is a berry that is known to to help the heart especially since God created the heart to be a muscle that is used everyday.

I read about hawthorn from the book over the counter natural cures by Shane Ellison.

Well it looks like they have finished loading up the vehicle so I'll post more later.

For Wednesday I really wanted to use the pump however time waits for no one and I needed to go to work so I didn't get a chance to do the 5-3 routine at all. I was a bit discouraged yet I realized that with this career I need to be flexible.

So what I was thinking about doing is having Monday Wednesday and Friday as pump days and Tuesday and Thursday as stretch days only reason why I did a stress day on a Wednesday it was I thought that I had enough time to go do stretching and pumping but that did not work out.

Also for today stretch I use a plunger as a fulcrum so in order to do like a fulcrum type stretching for the ones that call for stretching without going behind the cheeks. Anything to be innovative,right? 😅

I did make sure that I did a massage on my pelvic floor, I also did a prayer squad to stretch out my pelvic floor and also I did Hot and Cold treatment on the pelvic floor too.

I'm realizing that as a professional driver time is pressures so I will need to again be flexible in this journey.

I did my best to work with the time that I had so I was only able to get part of the five three done.

It wasn't ideal however I'm just doing the very best that I can with the time that I have allotted.

I'm trying not to be frustrated and just learn to go with the flow. Progress instead of perfection and to remember that process is primary.

Reflection: I have been happy with the two workouts thus far and I just as I've learned here on the forums to just do the best I can and hoping that less is more. Onward!

PS my foreskin restorer came in the mail yesterday so I'm excited to start that journey as well!

It's funny because my 16 year old daughter wanted to know what was in the box and my wife said it is for Mom and Dad's intimacy time (she didn't mention about the foreskin restorer and what it is) however our daughter did kinda recoiled. 😅

Slipped my mind to bundle stretch beforehand! 🤦🏽‍♂️

I went ahead and stretched during my shower with the Siliring on.

Bundled BTC left, center, right
Fulcrum bundle stretch (center, left, right)

Cold shower cooldown then 20 minutes with Siliring on.

Oh, the previous days stretches were also bundled and fulcrum when performing in the front.

I did noticed a lack of hardness during pumping and even with the Siliring the hardness level was about a 7 out of 10.
 
@Haursen great work on researching your supplement materials. I'll provide you a few more info on a few things.

As for testosterone antagonist due to phytoestrogens from soy, monks around the world actually counter this by eating fermented soy products, such as boiled tofu curds, fermented tofu curds, and even black soy fermented beans. I eat fermented soy products quite a bit with my meals to keep my gut healthy. You can also promote phytoestrogens leaving your system faster eating fermented cabbages (sauerkraut and kimchi), and promote nitric oxide production further through natural processes beside providing bioavailability of complex sugars via trace alcohol.

Since you're using LJ100, use HMB powder from Bulk Supplements to further triple the delivery of bioavailability of what you need. I didn't need to boost it that high, so I stayed away from LJ100. You also use saw palmetto for prostate health, which is awesome. Try to add fresh ginger brewed herbal tea and drink within 10 minutes of making it, along with either hibiscus flower or christantinem flowers as promoter for delivery mechanism to your cells. Something to think about as you travel long period and sitting quite a while. It also prevents blood clots formation.

All basic bundled stretching however I used a broom handle as a fulcrum.

I also did the stretch where I wrapped the penis around the stick and pulled down down, left and right (30 seconds each).

Contrast shower afterwards and massaged the left cord due to soreness. I let the cold shower water on the sore area, massaged more with organic castor oil then got ready for work.

Constrast shower cooldown.

Since I am a trucker I am very limited in my time so the time I have in the shower in the morning is when I stretch.

If you have any suggestions I'm open to them. 🙂
A Silistretcher is the best way as a trucker. Hours of stretching with no effort

Update as of 3-10-24

I have noticed that my erection level was stronger before intimacy with my wife!

Also, I took a bone-pressed flaccid measurement on 3-9-24 (the last measurement was 11-21-23 at 11:00 am), and no change...still 18.5 cm.

I don't measure erect girth because getting an erection is a challenge right now.

The titan supplement has been discontinued. Best to find some Citrulline and Hawthorne on amazon at the correct dosage. I'd aim for 4-6g of citrulline(more if you wish) taken pre workout or during the day for PE.

BPFSL is a great indicator of enough tunica breakdown taking place for gains. If you measure BPFSL length before and aim for a 4-6% increase by the end of your session then that means that collagen breakdown has occurred and tunica remodelling will take place.

I currently take NOW foods brand of Hawthorn so I'm good to go there. I was taking Hawthorne with my meals and I research and found out that taking it on an empty stomach at night time is helpful.

I think Leviathan supplements has a product with cirtuline with in it.

Not always. I increased my BPEL measurment first.
But you should be able to see a diffrence in bone pressed stretch flaccid before and after your session.
When I had optimized my methods I got 2 cm (0.79 Inch) more bone pressed stretch flaccid after my sessions.
(took many months to get there).

26 cranks

Used bathtub 🛁 lip for BTC and squatty potty for last set of cranks and tik toks.
 
The easiest way to see if you have grown is by doing bone press flacid stretches. This is the only way to stretch a measurement and see your true growth as its bone pressed.

Tremendous workout and probably the best one yet!

I have a question though... I was doing kegels during the 5-minute pumping session... Is it okay to do kegels while pumping?

Afterwards my erection level was 9.5 out of 10 the strongest has ever been.

P.S. I failed to mention that I am staggering the Testo Jack so I will take that next week and I'm taking DHEA this week.

Fantastic training today and I was surprised that I was easily able to get erect even though I wasn't striving to get a erect between stretches.

Thank God that He is slowly starting to restore me.

Still wondering though if anyone has an idea... I was doing kegels during the 5-minute pumping session... Is it okay to do kegels while pumping? ⛽
 
More about the supplements that I take... I also have been taking I believe 1/4 teaspoon of borax and I add that to my magnesium drink.

Borax has the ability to make magnesium uptake become better and also borax as a plethora of health benefits.
