Has anyone tried the Spartan Health Program?

Has anyone tried the Spartan Health Program? I have seen it around and it really has me wondering. I just wanted to see if anyone already had any time using it, or knowledge on it. Thanks in Advance
 
I followed it pretty strictly last winter/early part of the summer. The reason I didn't stick with it is that for a college student, all that fruit gets a bit pricey. Plus, once I moved back to Florida for the summer it was so humid I could barely run for 20 minutes, so I kinda got lazy in that department. But I'll tell you, while I was on it I felt amazing. I started running almost every day after not excercising whatsoever for a long time, and within a month I was able to go for a 1.5 hour run no problem because of all the energy I had. No sore muscles or fatigue. I couldn't make myself sleep more than 6 hours per night, but it was good because I never felt tired. The price for the program is a little high, but I think it was worth it because you get a whole new outlook on diet and excercise. At least I did. I wish I had the $$ to stick with the diet the way I used to, although right now my diet is still pretty close to the Spartan diet. Just not quite as much fruit.

I'm kinda rambling. My point is it's a great program if you stick with it.

GREAT!! My copy should be in anytime now. I figured with the 100% money back guarenty how could I go wrong. I gotta try it. 9cyclops9 thanks for the great review. Any other tips you might know of, by all means pass them along. Dont worry about being long winded. One can never have enough information.

You should definitely join his Spartan Inner Circle. Bova (the author) posts there regularly, and it's a good way to keep in touch with other guys that are involved in the Spartan program. You also get access to tons of old publications that he's put out. It's also free, so why not? One thing that's important is his principle that he borrowed from Bruce Lee, which is basically to use what works for you, and throw out what doesn't. You don't have to follow the diet to the letter to get great health benefits. But I would recommend sticking to his "only fruit for breakfast" idea. When I was doing that, I had tons of energy during the day. But like I said, it got a little expensive for me. At some point I want to implement some more of his ideas back into my diet because I really liked the results I got from it.
 
I seriously doubt you'll find it for free. It's obscure enough as it is.
