Has anyone tried "Secretagogue-1"?

I was just wondering if anyone has tried this: HGH Enhancers :: Advice HGH (Human Growth Hormone)

And if so, how would you rate it? If no one has evaluated it I will order some and look into it.

IGF-LR3 is $100/month and will actually work.

I'm with spinner2 on that one. hGH would be another option. The only secretogue that is more than marginally effective is gamma-hydroxy butyrate (GHB) which is also an illicit drug, so you might as well go with IGF-1 or hGH.

I'm really looking for something that can be taken orally and that is not illegal (in sports).

Well if something actually raised your HGH levels significantly, than on any blood test it would look exactly the same as if you were just injecting HGH. So any point about illegality in sports is moot.

Well no, not quite. Ethically I wouldn't use banned substances, I would have no problem ingesting legal substances that have the same effect (I seriously doubt they would be as effective).

Let me get this straight: you morally object to taking an illegal substance, but have no objections to taking a legal substance that has THE EXACT SAME EFFECT as the illegal substance (assuming such a thing exists, which it doesn't)? The only reason you object to the illegal substance is because someone has decided that you are not allowed to have it? Or are you more concerned of being caught/punished by authorities?

I look at it like this.

I am competitive because I stay on the cutting edge of training, nutrition, sleep, technical developments etc.

If my competition is slack with staying on top of these developments they will fall by the way side. The same goes for me.

Similarly, if we look at motor car racing, manufacturers constantly strive to push the boundaries, but when something is made illegal they stop. That is how I look at sports. So I will use the ROP until it is banned and taking mid day naps for hGH. (I am aware that cheating goes on)

With regards things like actually injecting, I have a problem with that on a whole load of levels, medical anthropology, philosophy, ethics, sportsmanship, etc.

Basically I strive to be informed so that I can be the best sportsman I can while never falling into gamesmanship.

Being caught has nothing to do with it. Authorities saying I can or can't take it has nothing to do with it. It all comes down to my performance in sports and am I competing at the best of my ability (obviously if I cheat, I'm not).

I am extremely leery of any oral GH or IGF "enhancers." Supplements companies can say just about anything as they are not bound by the same FDA laws as pharmacuetical companies and/or food companies are. They are "gray area" companies and can say that their product has been proven in studies but if they don't post the actual studies, they are most likely pulling a fast one. Any legitimate company that makes a real claim will make references to actual/real studies, if you don't see any references then they are a bunch of liars.
