Guyz have any of you used something called AFB hanger?? Is it a good hanging device? I'm interesting in building one if u guyz think it'll b beneficial in gaining length. Can you explain how to build one because I'm a total complete idiot when it comes to building things on my own hahaha thanks

AFB is another of the homemade hangers. But maybe you shouldn't build one. If a hanger isn't right it can hurt you.
