Yea def enough to start with, depending on past PE experience what you find is if you have gained a bit from PE before you go j to hanging it may take longer /higher weights before starting to see gains
 
As for clamping I se ethat as a girth and personally I like to get my length goals before doing girth. Also again personal opinion I think clamping can be dangerous so I stay away
 
So I've decided to try hanging, I also bought a clamp....I purchased a 6.5 pound weight set from and a clamp, I have never done hanging before, whats a good routine including both for gains??

There are two incredible hanging routines found in the SRT thread. Both of these routines are very good. They are similar one takes longer than the other.
