i used to combine both, lentghmaster on its own will give far more stronger pulling force.
Wearing a silistretcher after your lentghmaster routine, starting with a traction force of 1kg and upping it gradually/dynamically to 2,5 kg in 1 hour ,is basically the same as hanging post workout.
It didn't help when i combined all the three ( Lm + hanging + silistritcher), it was too much tension and i experienced a tugback.
If you're trying to get out of a plateau you can post your workouts and with the brothers let's try to analyze where the reason for the stall is.
I just started the SRT program - length only as I’m over 6” of girth already and focus is on length right now. My ADS is a silicone sleeve that I wear for 6-8 hours after stretching. I’m so close to 8”. Goal is 8.5X6.5-7 any advice would be appreciated.

Impressive results, congrats for the progress you've made so far.
Silicone sleeve is good on its own, but the growth will be faster with the silistretcher as it provides more traction force for the post workout elongation.
You're doing great so far, as long as your growing you're on the right path,take it slow and max out every exercise, you'll surely push above 8.
Don't overwork your tissues, we tend to do more when we see results which is good when done right, but most of the time we end up overworking and stalling. what are your current stretches?

not yet, go slow into progession, max out every exercise, stay on your current routine until you see no more gains, max out the bundles for more intensity. when your gains stop then you progress into bundled Downward stretches, and stay until you max out the gains, only then btc comes. If you switch right now to btc you can a little but you wont gain all the potential that you can had you followed this progression above.
You might stall for a long time and you will have to come up with new tricks to keep the growth.
Remember its a marathon not a sprint
