@DLD @REDZULU2003 @stillwantmore @huge-girth @arkailija After about a month of hanging for 25-30mins twice a day using 6 - 7kg of weight, I took a length measurement, there really wasn't any change and I am not worried as its just been a month, I know PE is a marathon not a sprint so i am willing to be patient, however I did notice something, the base of my penis (thats the part close to the groin area) seems to have gotten a lot thicker than usual! I might be wrong but I read somewhere that a thick penis base and a thick girth could prevent length gains, I really don't want girth gains right now, So I am wondering if I should stop hanging? Is hanging giving me girth instead of length gains?

Any type of downward stretching whether it be by hand or hanger will always increase the base girth of your penis. I would not try to judge anything after 30 days, I would go into 90 days to see if there’s any changes. So whatever routine you’re using continue using it until the end of the 90 days to make any kind of judgment.

Ok, So as you suggested with progressive hanging, I was normally hanging with 7kg, this week I am doing 8.5 - 9kg, I can handle the weight for about 15 - 20 minutes before unwrapping for blood circulation. My question is this, in progressive hanging, how long do you stay on a particular weight before increasing the weight.
 
Yep, spelled out there and in my guide. Not trying to be a jerk, or short with you, but it really is spelled out. And stay wrapped until you're done hanging. It's only necessary to remove your hanger.
 
@DLD @stillwantmore @REDZULU2003 @huge-girth is there really any difference between hanging while standing and hanging while sitting? Why i ask is because I tried hanging while sitting and I felt the stretch more on my shaft, I could see and feel the stretch on the shaft, there was some pressure on the base / fat pad area but not as much as when standing and also I felt little burn or pain on the penis head.

I don't know if its just my mind playing tricks lol but is there a difference between sitting and standing hanging ?
 
That's basically what I've been doing with heat and ADS, but the only way to know for sure is to try it and see. Measure often and look for what makes you gain. If you plateau take a decon break. If using a compression hanger it's recommended to limit sets to 20 min.

Appreciate your response. Have you gotten any gains so far? What device are you using? am using the malehanger but I've been considering getting the lengthmaster, I understand it can be used for hanging also, I don't have the cash to get the SS yet so I want to try out the LM first.
 
The LM could be used for hanging no doubt, I prefer to just use it to do a bunch if intense manual stretches, bundled and with fulcrum. I couldn't get the malehanger 2.0 to actually grab, it would always slip, though I never reached out to SWM. For hanging, hanging I'd recommend the Bib Hardcore. If your wanting longer sets then go for vacuum based like silistretcher or the LG.

I'm not a newbie but my current routine involves a lot of rest 1 day on 1 to 3 days off for one month, then 1 month off. I fulcrum hang with bib, use LM to do an assortment of stretches, piss pulls and ADS with silistretcher. I've used allot of equipment over the years. Find something you can make work and do it. Track your progress to see what works for you

The Lengthmaster is a smart move as there is so much more you can do with it then just hang. Having the bundle attachment allows you to do so many stretches that would not be possible without the LM. I can’t wait for you to get it and let me know if you need any help.
