hanging for 25-30mins twice a day using 6 - 7kg of
weight, I took a length measurement, there really wasn't any change and I am not worried as its just been a month, I know PE is a marathon not a sprint so i am willing to be patient, however I did notice something, the base of my penis (thats the part close to the groin area) seems to have gotten a lot thicker than usual! I might be wrong but I read somewhere that a thick penis base and a thick girth could prevent length gains, I really don't want girth gains right now, So I am wondering if I should stop
hanging? Is
hanging giving me girth instead of length gains?
