So when hanging, are you supposed to feel the stretching effect on the fat pad area or just the shaft? when I do hanging I feel the stretching in the fat pad area, am I doing it wrong?

If you feel soreness it’s going to feel sore at the base of the penis. So you’ll feel it at the ligament. It’s rare that we feel it through the shaft, this usually happens with girth work.
 
Noob question but when I hang, after a while, there's this feeling of pain right above my testicles like below the fat pad / groin area. Is this normal?

Yes indeed that’s where you want to feel the soreness just reflects that you have stretched your ligament effectively. You will not feel this for the rest of your PE but in the beginning months this soreness will be present. It will reduce overtime. It may return if you change your routines or use new tools.

Yes, it's normal to get an ache in the skin and into the deep tissues.

No you work through the fatigue as this is how you make gains in hanging. There should be no sharp shooting pain but that dullness and soreness at the base isn’t expected part of hanging. When you reach that point the 15th is when you can make your best length gains.
 
It should never be a pain that is real PAIN. Some call discomfort pain, we have different ways of seeing it.
Ask any special forces about pain compared to the rest of society, and its very different.

Ride this good pain "fatigue" for as long as you can, make the most from it. If you feel so much discomfort you need to stop, dont stop, simply lower the weight very slightly till you are in a place that isn't quite comfort, but also isn't the slums.

You must feel discomfort in penis enlargement to truely make the gains. I used to squeeze my cock so hard with the clamp back in the day, and work the ass off it to literally force the expansion, but I knew my limits, keep that in mind, be safe.

I suggest starting with 5 pounds and working your way up from there. If that seems to be too much go to 2 1/2 pounds if it seems too light to go for 7 to 10 pounds. With traditional hanging people go for 20 minutes sets with a short break in between and they try to get in 3 to 4 sets a day. You can also look into the SRT hanging routines and one is called DLD Reverse Pyramid Hanging and the other is called DLD Triangle Pyramid Hanging. Both are excellent routines and definitely worth checking out.
 
@DLD @REDZULU2003 @stillwantmore @arkailija @huge-girth I've been doing hanging sessions for 20 minutes using an item weighing 6kg. Is this a good weight to start with? Also I notice sometimes after hanging my foreskin folds downwards right above the penis head, I would hate to have excess foreskin, is there a way to wrap so the foreskin stretches instead of folding?

Being a beginner in PE, I can say 6kg weight is okay for now but I think the hanger you are using is not tight enough maybe that's why you are having those excessive foreskin.

It happened to me during my early days in PE but my length gains came and the foreskin disappeared. I don't really know much about hanging so

The foreskin forward or back is up to you. I have customers who hang both ways. No way to prevent more skin, it's going to grow along with your penis, but it should grow in relative proportion to your penis. In other words, the skin won't usually grow in excess.
 
Folding the skin back for me feels more comfortable compared with leaving it.

I think that’s totally necessary in my opinion or else you’re only stressing skin. I’ve always told them to retract their foreskin if they want to make the fastest length gains .
 
I never bought into warming up and gained just fine. How many sets a day a guy should hang is honestly debatable. A minimum seems to be based around however many sets a day gets you to 10 hours a week.

Me neither. I always just start with some light stretches and that is plenty. Warm downs I do find value in as written in SRT.
 
Has anyone here on the forum gained some good amount of length through hanging?

Many people have made great gains with hanging you would have to go through the routines in progress section to find people who have used hanging exclusively but there’s been many over the past 17 years and with the right dedication, the proper intensity and the time invested you can make very good gains in length with nothing more than hanging.

If you decide to go with the hanging only routine I suggest that you charge out 20 minutes sets for at least three or four times a day. I also suggest before you hang to get in some bundled stretching that will help you loosen the Tunica to make better elongation. You can find out about this by reading through SRT.

That’s just what traditional hanging will do unless I’m misunderstanding your question. If you attach just below the head you’ll be stretching the shaft in this most isolated position.
 
Always hang in a flaccid state! You can really damage your penis hanging erect. I want to be soft and as pliable as possible.

Does weight play an important role in hanging? I am one month in and I use about 7 to 7.5kg for hanging, I am wondering if its good or if the weight is too much or too little. Like would a heavier weight ensure more muscle / ligament tear and faster length gains?
 
@DLD @REDZULU2003 @stillwantmore @huge-girth @arkailija After about a month of hanging for 25-30mins twice a day using 6 - 7kg of weight, I took a length measurement, there really wasn't any change and I am not worried as its just been a month, I know PE is a marathon not a sprint so i am willing to be patient, however I did notice something, the base of my penis (thats the part close to the groin area) seems to have gotten a lot thicker than usual! I might be wrong but I read somewhere that a thick penis base and a thick girth could prevent length gains, I really don't want girth gains right now, So I am wondering if I should stop hanging? Is hanging giving me girth instead of length gains?
 
Every form of downward stretching or hanging of the penis will bring girth gains at the base of the penis.

If you feel the weight is too light for you, I suggest you increase it a little. I personally don't measure at all until 6 months time and during that 6 months period of training, I make that I'm sure that I'm using the right intensity.

So would you suggest I increase from 7kg? Would a heavier weight bring length gains faster? Also does a thick base / girth prevent length gains?

I personally have a thick base and I don't think it prevents me from making gains in length. If the entire penis is thick, it's a different thing.

If you are not feeling enough pressure from the current weight, I suggest you increase it. But also wait for other members to comment on this.
