Hi there do you just use an extender with the noose tie round or do you use a pump also? Whatβs your routine as I feel like Iβm not getting anywhere been doing it 7 days a week for like 4 monthsUpdate on my flaccid / blood filled flaccid .
What is your routine now?I use a cup style device and wear it as much as possible . To be honest I havnt gained any real noticeable gains yet . Theses are my sizes from the off really .

Just be careful with the homemade devices. We were all there once way back then. All homemade models should follow advice of the manufactured ones with safety escape plans at all times. Currently aiming for 2 hours a day . Either 2x 1 hour sessions . Or 4x30 mins . I also use my home made curved pump to pump against the curve . 3 days a week maybe 3 x 5 mins .
Itβs a very simple design . No crazy pressure all adjustable on the springs , Iβm using it with a vacuum cup so getting out in any form of hurry is no issue . Hahaha sounds great !!! Iβm around 8inch stretched at the moment .One of the brothers here is using what looks like a custom extender as well. Lots of adjusting screws, using vacuum cup, and he's stretching as long as 10in+ on this stretcher. That thing looks truly like a freaking 3rd leg stretcher.
Depending on what tension regiment you're using. He's reaching 11kg for 20 minutes, down to 8kg 10 minutes, and then down to 5kg for 30 minutes, and 1.2kg for the rest of the hours we want to wear. Good to hear. 4x30 minutes, but break each session down with high to low tensions. Don't remain at high all the time. Keep dropping the tensions down. Only spend 35% of the time in high and moderate tension. The rest, remain at low, very low, around 1.2kg.Iβll double check on my tension tomorrow . But I think for now Iβll stick with 4x 30 mins sessions.
