I just had to test today ironically! LOL my target heart rate was 145 and I got to 160 I believe. They said I’m in tiptop shape. I told them I have no idea how because I do not exercise nor do I eat right, but hey if they say I’m healthy it’s all good.

I tought somebody else had suffered that heart attack but it was you...I wish i had superpowers and keep you ok sounds stupid tough,You are a strong GOD believer,Get checked make sure those doctors are going to keep you healthy,most of them just want the cash,I will be here for you i have terrible times too but want you to stay healthy at least for the next 50 years lol

I am able to post, so I hope I can update. I had it around 9:00 tonight. Ambulance came at like 9:05! Bless them! They are doing a whole bunch of stuff I do not understand. So many tests and blood samples! Please pray that I can make it back home with my family

Trying to find out, few of us happy to support, I'd live to take over the website forum/database and migrate

The problem now is that, hosting has to be paid every year to keep this site going. So if that stops this website goes down and probably all information/data on it. Not sure if there is any way DLD can be reached? What I think is that the posts are not gone but that there is some error so that they are not available. The best way indeed is to migrate all, like you said. Or at least have back ups.

Tried getting hold of him on various platforms but to no avail, like I said looks like hosting ends April 2022 so there's not long before the place dissapears totally

Whosoever logged into Lightning's account today, knows something that we all don't know. I am a mod here and I don't think any mod is responsible for the disappearance of threads.

Once in a while, the forum tends to crash but lightning always backup the files immediately. Now the files needs to be backed up again and the domain host paid for.

Funny enough, these things are not expensive at all. Something might have happened to DLD that has stopped him from coming here.
