The vast majority prescription drugs are poison. All drugs are a balance between the huge amount of negative effects, and the amount of benefit you can get from it. If the negatives outweigh the positive, stay away from them.

However, perhaps he would benefit from a light anxiety pill such as klonopin that usually calm the person and helps with sleep.

Or, there are very good herbal teas for sleeping aid, plus some melatonin could do wonders.

Ive been in that situation before. A situation in which I felt like dying without answers. It mess with your mind. After my episode of illness plus the death of my dad, I woke up to a new world of health and medicine, I learnt how corrupt and miserable is our health system and realized that healthcare is not a right, is personal care, self accountability. However, we must have a system that works for the people and currently does not work, specifically because of the situations like yours right now, and what I went through. The mystery. The lack of CARE. And the more you socialize medicine, the more mediocre third world it becomes.

With that being said, you WILL BE OK. Eventually sooner than later you will finally have an answer to your questions and will recover successfully. Me, NEVER had an answer. NO DOCTOR was able to properly diagnose me. The literally almost killed me with a combination of 6 antibiotics for a NON EXISTANT condition. Plus, they sent me every time home with anxiety pills. IT IS DEPLORABLE.

Use them for your convenience. If you have good coverage, use it to its full extent. Get as many tests done in order to try and find an accurate diagnose.

I’m going to see my personal doctor so this will be much easier than dealing with hospital doctors who don’t know their ass from their elbow. Only ask for sleeping pills first LOL

Today has been the worst, I go back to the clinic tomorrow to do all new tests. My oxygen levels are so low 69%. I can’t breathe past the midpoint in my chest leaving so much fluid in my upper respiratory system. It literally feels like your being choked out! When the coughing starts I almost pass out. So happy to see my doctor tomorrow! Pray for me, please my Brothers, I am feeling worried ?

Oh my goodness I do have a jar of it I put it away I’ll pull it out my friend had forgot. Treadmill, swim, weights, sauna...we got it all.
They got workout plans for every-body, even those just one step away from old-fart-hood!

Ive done stress tests before. If younger do cardio you will score very bad. But is nothing to worry or be scared about it. However you will be recommended to start exercising and do cardio to improve that cardiac pulmonary capacity. It is believed that the cardio exercise helps to keep blood vessels in better shape.

Did they mention this? Were the results negative? Just wondering why they would suggest a stress test if there was no evidence that your symptoms involved a cardiovascular event. Stress tests typically will only catch very severe problems related to valves, chambers and arteries. They are just another data point. Many people have gotten a clean bill of health after a stress test and had a major event the following week. Are they planning on using contrast during the test?

No, but they still want to do the stress test. I’m game for anything, if Insurance wants to pay to look me over and give me all kinds of expensive tests go for it! The more I know the better.

I think some of the virus is still lingering but overall I feel 90% better. I’m starting to sleep through the night again and I’m starting to get to most of my work done. Despite how I’m feeling today it’s great to know that the doctors have checked me over for everything and I’ve come back with a clean bill of health. After tomorrow’s stress test I’ll have more information on that which I’ll post. Thank you my brothers for your care and support so much love to you!

I am so fucking happy I am 100% healthy! In a weird way this hospital emergency brought me so much comfort and happiness in the fact that there is absolutely nothing wrong with me and I know this because they ran every test possible.

It’s going to take quite a bit to kill me, I’m very hard to hit LOL
