Hey dudes, i'm goin on 2 weeks of not waking off and i can swear that my workouts intensity has bumped up, and it seems my strength is going up.
Does this make any sense? I thought testosterone is raised by ejaculation and stuff to a degree.
Maybe the not masterbating is not connected to my good workouts.
I stopped to try and let a thrombosed vien/ or clotted lymph under my glans heal up, it seems to be getting smaller.
Also my morning wood is not as hard as it used to be.
So anyway? masterbation and working out, any link???
