My last Log, i started and stopped way to many times, i need a fresh start! I want commitment, i want to pursue excellence in my life, and physical performance/aesthetic is one of the areas. I got my self from 6 BPEL to 7 BPEL and 4.5 MSEG to 5 MSEG... Therefore i CAN get myself to my short term goal of 8 BPEL and 6 MSEG.
Been doing a lot of research into Volume training, set rather that static time under tension.
I'm focusing this next routine solely on HANGING, Multiple short heavy sets per day, between 3 and 4.
Current stats are obviously 7 bpel x 5 mseg
