I've only been doing PE for about 1.5 months but only a couple weeks seriously once I began to see some girth results and a bit of length as well. I began when I received my bathmate x9. I do stretches up down and to the sides for 20 secs each x2 , Then I do some jelqing at least 5 minutes (about 50 jelqs) some down some to the sides and to the front. Then into the bathmate for 5 minutes. Then I do some edging for about 5 minutes. I do all of this 4 times, so it takes me about 1 hour total. During all exercises I try to kegel the entire time. I also do some random stretches in between as well. After the workout I put on a cockring that is not too tight and still provides bloodflow. Plan on being here for the long haul, I've enjoyed reading the posts, so now I plan on contributing.
