I focus more on stretching than jelqing because I'm mainly looking for some extra length. When I do my manual stretches, I grip just below the glans. However, even though I try to stay behind the glans, the tight OK grip ends up half crushing it. The glans obviously swells up as well, because the blood is trapped during the stretch. The point is that all of this ends up putting my glans through some abuse. I usually notice small red dots on it after my routines. I had a large burst capillary a few days ago, and last week, a portion of the left side of my glans swelled up (I think with fluid) for a few hours. Most of this stuff heals pretty quick, but I'm concerned about the long-term effects. How do you keep the glans from taking so much abuse while doing manual stretches? Thanks guys.
