You can do jelqing for 20 minutes daily in combination with another 20 minutes of Slow Squash Jelq. Do 20 minutes each of both making a total of 40 minutes daily.
 
Because your gripping and putting pressure against the vein that runs along top of your penis and can cause problems and damage after time,think main reason my erections are so poor these days
 
Nobody elsewhere recommends doing jelqs now and hence v jelqs that allows the vein to become free and allow a channel for the blood return
 
I have never had any problems with Jelqing. But I did them a little diffrent when I was doing girthwork with Bathmate pumps. I did my Jelq's by pushing on the side of my penis using ok grip and Jelqing downward.

Really intersting. I haven't even thought about this before. But it makes sense. There are big dorsal vains at the top of the penis.

You are probably talking about the dursal vains, right?

This was practically what I did. But I used my tumb and forefinger to push on the sides off my penis. But I did downward Jelqing.

Note: I learned the Jelqing technique I was using from a guy with the username: GettingBigger9 (GB9) on a diffrent site. Before I joined MOS.

Yea that's the v jelq,if you did then awesome,I didn't as much and basically did the o ring jelq,not good,look everywhere and they say they don't recommend at all

I believe your theory is valid. To keep off the big vains up top of your penis should be better.

So good we have Slow Squash Jelq's. I believe they are kinder to the big vains.

Ssj is good but I don't think is something for a newbie,I think it's an exercise for the well trained as again it's an exercise where you are forcing mass expansion,it easy to pop a vein like some have done before

Why being so aggressive with your penis?
No need for that.
