It really does. Funny thing is, I would guess 90% of all "sophisticated" trainers around the world is not even aware of these fundamental principles of human biology when it comes to strength training. And I say that having been a trainer myself for 10+ years.

By all means please try to get your hands on his books if you can. All I know is they can be either hard to get or pricey due to scarcity.
Meanwhile, since you seem interested you can watch the videos of John Heart. He worked closely with Mike Mentzer until his death and been practicing these principles throughout his career:


To dum it down it comes down to the training needs to be IBI (Intense, Brief, Infrequent). Intense in that you go all out of each set performed, brief in that the workout should be around 20-40 minutes max (excluding warmup) and infrequent. And here you need to experiment to find the best frequency that your body has the ability to recover from. As he explains with great examples in the interview.

Got some blisters on the root of my penis (tiny ones, and they have "popped"), exactly where I bend my penis around the broomstick. I will trust that my penis will adjust to this... he have no choice but to adjust, since this routine will go on for 6 months.
 
It is one of my drum sticks and I think I’m going to put a silisleeve on it so it doesn’t hurt my penis. But I wanted wood because it isn’t as cold as my plastic broomsticks LOL if I had access to a lathe I’d like to make a roll of wood about the size of a paper towel tube then have it narrow down so it can sit under the legs nicely. I was looking for an old spindle or chair leg to see what would disburse the pressure on my shaft

@Bassman44 if you do not have the LENGTHMASTER 3 buy it, on it, it's included the POWER ASSIST 2.

The POWER ASSIST 2 are more sofisticated and advanced then a broomstick, since you can do more diffrent intense stretches with it, then a broomstick could possibly do. Or you could just from the start be using the lengthmaster.

In this way you do not need to create anything yourself, your problem is solved.
 
Training tonight:
Session 1:
• Warm up: Bundled stretches (with: broomstick), 5 minutes.
• Bundled stretches (with: broomstick) 30 minutes.

Session 2:
• Warm up: Bundled stretches (with: broomstick), 5 minutes.
• Bundled stretches (with: broomstick) 30 minutes.

This is what I'm doing every evning/night.
More specifics what I'm doing will come in 6 months.

I will use the broomstick for 6 months. These bundle stretches are power assist based stretches, but with a more simple device, the legendary broomstick.

I will do this to verify that my progam is indeed working, and I will see what kind of result a Newbie would get from that lengthwise, in the timeframe of 6 months. I can tell you that these bundle stretches are really intense.
 
Now when my penis is used to being stretched really hard, I will incoperate bundled expressive stretches of 10 minutes at the end of my stretching session in the evning.
This will force even more of my "inner penis", to come out of it's hiding place.

This means I will stretch for 70 minutes every day. The planning is crucial to my success.
 
2. The forward stretch (number 2 in picture above) I got a technique where I sit on my penis with the broomstick and I get an intense stretch that way. Here is a post about that: Forward broomstick stretch.
I can't use this method to do the forward stretch any longer. I do not get the intensity as I got before. Also my balls get pinched.

What I do now, is that I do a bundled stretch with my hands, I can really pull to the limit of what my penis allows. All this manual stretching, have made my hands really tireless.

Tired hands is one of the reasons why I prefer the length master.
 
Are you allowed to take a rest day for the penis to heal up somewhat?

It feels extremely wrong to that, so I will try to keep this up.

When you where doing the program to get to your current length, did you ever need to stop using it for a couple of days, so the skin on your penis would heal?
Or is this not a problem with the length master?

I'm asking because I have this problem right now with the broomstick. I need to stop some time (probably some days) in order for the skin at my base to heal. This is extremely frustrating.

I can pretty much answer for him, the answer would be yes. All of us sooner or later are forced to have off days for some reason or injuries.

My PE career is still pretty young all in all but I've been forced a few times off. Sometimes you can work around it but sometimes it just need to heal.

For example I've had problems with blood shooting out of my urethra when doing SSJ's several times. First times I rested a few days and the other day I just switched to lighter pumping and was fine!

I’m in the same boat brother : ) I’m experiencing a lot of soreness during and after hanging. I really don’t want to stop because I know that’s where all my gains are at. The length master does create a lot friction on the skin just like your broomstick.

Take your time and allow your skin to become used to it. You will eventually become accustomed and get mighty stretches in. Skin can be dealt with using hydrocortisone after each session
 
By the way how is training and diet coming along?
The training not so good, so much work related things right now. But I will get to the gym tomorrow.
But the diet is working fine. The only thing I think I need to do, is to give up bread in order to get to 15% body fat mass. I have already reduced my milk intake so that's good.
I do not think I will get to 15% body fat mass, with bread still in my diet.

The skin also got used to the broomstick bundle stretches. But I'm at the point where I need to rest the skin completely for it to heal up. But if I take a maximum of 1 week rest, and then I can do a little over a month stretches again I think I'm good. I will trust this will not prohibit my gains.

The rest of my length gains will be harder I think, since I was told that you have 1" of easy gains when you are a newbie.
So I'm pretty much there now. I will never give up. Just keep grinding.

I take one day off a week whether I'm busy or not. I just take it because of girth work and to also do other things around the house on that free day. Sometimes, that one off day is for girth, I don't take off days for length work.

I always took about 4 days off every month. It doesn't affect your gains at all. In fact, it's good to take at least 4 off days per month.

I measured this exactly the same way as the last time I posted my results in this thread.
That is: Bone pressed, and driving the ruler hard into my fat pad, at the exact same point as the last time.

It looks like the ruler is bent a bit toward the base. Take a look at the photo clearly.

I know. I push it against my penis shaft a little bit, since my penis isn't straight. My penis is of a banana shape. I want to measure BPEL, that is the total length of my penis.

If there is a curve on your penis, you need to measure the penis wiith a tailor tape. But if you want to measure it with a ruler, you need to use one hand to straighten the penis while measuring. But it seems the rulers you used is plastic so it seems correct.

But I still suggest you do what I have suggested with a ruler and a tailor tape.

I must say this length master device, I feel are really going to work so wonderfully.

No more broomstick for now.

Starting to get the wrapping to work.
To cut the THERABAND to a smaller strip (like a bandage), and the black adhesive tape (PENIS WRAPPING TAPE) on top of the bandage really helped.
The "pain" I previously felt in my glans, I think it's no factor now.
I don't know why it suddenly worked? I think I just accepted the uncomfortable feelings in my glans, and that was it.
When my wrapping is on point, I will be able to do one length session in the morning before work, and 2 sessions in the evening/night, or the day depending on my work schedule.
Just awesome!

Don't cut the theraband. Use it as it is. The theraband is what prevent the bandage from causing extreme pains on your skin.
