Ok if i hang atleast 2 hours a day and do manual stretching is it possible for me to gain atleast .25 in length in a month? And another question.. Will it get skinnier if i dont do any girth excersises?
wow thats alot good job i hope to gain that much because I want to atleast be 9.5 inches long and im around 7.8 right now so im gana push for it. But thanks for your replys
