I did PE for about 2 years mainly doing manual stretches, hanging, sizegenetics extender nearly 10 hours a day for 4 or 5 days a week, and a bath mate pump coupled with jelqs for girth about 4 times a week. I never really measured girth but my length increased about .75 in, even though there were results I've given up for about 2 years now because the gains were so slow and I was kind of burnt out from putting so much work in. Id like to start back again but don't really have any equipment anymore so any ideas on whether a manual routine will be enough or will I still be too conditioned to equipment to really gain without devices?
