Getting a good grip for lig work

Ok, so my problem is i cant grip my dick good enough. The pressure in my penis head builds up as my hand slowly moves down creating blood spots. The way i grip is the "ok" grip with my middle finger assisting my index finger. I also found that having very clean hands and a very clean penis allows for the best grip, Buts its just not enough. Does anyone have suggestions? Does anyone else have this problem?

I've been using hand cleanser before doing a session, normal Purell stuff. Little on my hands, after it evaporates I seem to have a good grip for the session.
 
Clean dry hands, clean dry cock, baby powder on the cock and both hands.

You might try just the index finger and thumb for your ok grip. I seem to be able to pull harder with just those two as opposed to involving my middle finger as well. After about 10 minutes I always have had to shake my cock pretty good in order to get the blood flowing back into the head.


(Oh and I did some experimenting last night with my never ending elbow pain. I used those tennis elbow velcro wraps on both arms during the session and then used the hot water bottle on each elbow after the session. Way better. I'll continue doing this so I don't seem to bitch about it all the time. I did 2 separate 20 min sessions yesterday)
 
One of the most popular inquiries are how to keep a good grip while stretching the penis. One reason is guys are scared to grip hard enough for fear of hurting themselves. Once you have adjusted to the stretching and found your best gripping agent you will be on your way to fruitful stretching sessions.
 
Baby powder was my key.

I've tried using:

- nothing ( kept slipping )
- Kleenex tissu ( irritated the ridge below the head and caused injury )
- Rubber glove ( don't remember, but didn't work well for me )

Been using baby powder for 1 month now and it's enabled me to get alot more intense with my length routines.
 
thanx for the suggestions guys. Im gunna give the rubber gloves a whirl also im am at the point where i am gripping as hard as i can and the loss of propper grip is setting me back from pulling with full arm strength.
