Just wanted to know what is ur general diet based on ?? i am getting into the scene once again .. I have never used weights ...just free body excercises.
My stats : (as of now)
Height : 5'8
Chest : 48.5
Biceps : 16
Arms : 15
Thighs : 26
Calfs : 18
Waist :blush: : 39
Gonne hit the arms hardcore and get them up to 19 using weights.
Chest seems okay for a 5'8 guy like me but aiming for 54
But WAIST HAS TO TO DOWN rofl
Body type : Mesomorph.
Basically lacking in the DIET area coz i am not that experienced of a builder. I am not into Supplement for the fact that i cant get them over here. I would only be using weights to tone up my body and increase my arms.
Any plan on how to start the day as well as diet is concerned. Thanks !!rofl
