IMG_6626.webp6.5 nbp, making gains, better eq, and losing body fat!! Goal is 7 nbp hopefully within a year!! And also I started at around 5 3/4 nbp length, have been doing pe for about a 1 year and 8 months.
 
Wow, awesome picture you look much longer than 6.5 but 7 is right around the corner. 1/2 inch should only take around 6 months.
