Hi all you hangers out there I have been hanging for 10 months how and have gotten some gains.I think I hit a platue I have the bib starter and would like to start fulcrum stretches.Is there any pictures I can see of fulcrum stretches I read alot but would like to see some pictures thanks.
You can also use the water bottle/sock trick. In other words, put a empty water bottle in a sock and use that. Now a days water bottle are more flexible giving it a good support without causing discomfort
