FSL in regards to EL

I just measured my FSL for the first time and it was 7.5", does that mean i should have a 7.5 inch erection or do flaccid stretch measurements usually come up bigger?

from what i've read, it usually is a larger number than the EL. the FSL is also an indicator of the length you can reach with the proper routine, dedication, and patience.
