Hey y'all. Nice to make your acquaintance.

I'm new to the community, haven't done a whole lot of this, mostly reading about it over the years and wondering if it is actually possible to make one's dick larger.
Based on all the buzz in this place, I think I'm actually a believer now and am going to give it a go.
Nice to meet y'all brothers in growth.

My starting measurements are:

Starting Date: 1/30/2020
FBPL: 4.95'
FG: 4'
SFL: 6'
EG: 5'
NBPEL: 6.25'
EBPL: 7'

My goal is to be a solid 9x6 behemoth. I gotta say I thought I was a little bigger than I was given how many compliments I've received over the years. Goes to show you that people aren't really good at eyeballing the size of a cock I suppose. LOL.

Here is the routine I'm currently getting started with: I added the bundled stretching

5 minutes of Bundled Stretching before Length Routine and girth work

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

after 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness


100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testicle Health Massage

So The only thing I've added to this was the bundled stretching. I felt like I needed to do a little more of that, something in my being told me it was crucial. So I spend a good 5 minutes doing bundled corkscrews during the warm-up and warm down section after the jelq sets.

I also did the PE hypnosis tracks that were made by Wendi Freisen. I found those in the mental PE forum, and thought, what the hell might as well get the unconscious involved as well. Get everyone on the same page up there, right? LOL. I did all of them one after the other, and actually kinda felt incredible.
I'm liking adding this to my routine.

I'm gonna do this AT LEAST once a day unless my body tells me to take a break.

2/1 marks day 3 or my journey. Nothing special to report. Just getting the 'hang' of things. ;-)
I was told to give the newbie routine 4 weeks before I added anything to it. Thinking about investing in a sleeve as well.
 
Excellent work putting your team together on your own, I’m very proud of you. This is a very good work out as it hits every possible angle of growth. It is usually what most people start with and eventually they work their way into SRT. Thanks for your daily updates and I’ll be here every day to check up on you.

Yeah I feel like it's not that difficult to pull off. Especially since I work from home and don't wear pants most of the time anyway. lol.

Newbie Routine, with longer holds on the basic stretching.

I had a nice long sess in a hot shower. i did three sets of of each position in the basic stretch series with bundled corkscrews between each set.

Yeah I feel like it's not that difficult to pull off. Especially since I work from home and don't wear pants most of the time anyway. LOL.

The secret? Could you expand on that some, DLD?
I get this very high energy and productive flow going, but the switch is easily flipped afterwards.
I'm assuming that the being very horny after doing the routine is a good sign?
Will having a stroke after doing my routine inhibit my results any?

I found myself wide awake, at 6:30am on the dot. So.... I got to work.

Also had some very good sex today, so I'll just go ahead and count that as part of my PE routine. lololol

The secret is the brotherhood and the knowledge you were gaining to make the growth you desire. Definitely a good sign to have that libido after training or even during training. Once results are made permanent they never go back.

6:00 AM Newbie Routine

damn 6 AM! That’s about the time I go to bed. But I’ll tell you when I was first starting out I would get out of bed at five in the morning so I can get two hours of PE before my girl woke up.
 
DLD I'm not even sure why I'm up this early. It's just been happening on its own. LOLol

i’m just finishing eating my breakfast and it’s 1130. I like to be a night owl because I really don’t like people that much, I really don’t like this world that much,? I would rather be in the night where everyone sleeping and I can concentrate in complete peace.

I also purchased one of those anti-turtling sleeves. Figured I might as well do that.

It's been a little over a week in my first PE routine. I'm getting the hang of it.

2:00 pm. I had a chance for very jelq heavy session. I noticed today that a lot of times I wound up doing 2 for every count. Today's session got 2 sets of 400 with that count in mind, so I did around 1600 jelqs I think. lolol.

It sounds like you’re progressing very well, I’m very pleased. I see you’re getting a lot of jelqing in, you may want to consider moving into the SSJ eventually.

I love it my brother and the more stretching you do the longer you become. There is no limit on how much you can stretch. Much like you are used to stretch for hours a day. So many people want to know how I made my growth so fast it’s because I put in 8 to 10 hours of PE a day! I knew what I wanted and I was willing to do whatever it took to get there

I had a long morning newbie routine and a lot of stretching and kegels throughout the day.

I haven't measured anything, but I definitely look like my veins are popping out more than they were and I feel like my flacid hang looks longer.

2/13:
6:00am I put in about 45min of stretching and about an hour in of jelqing. I was multitasking and reading articles on the site, and lost track. Didn't feel like I was hurting anything so I just kept going with it. just took my time.

2:00pm
: I got another round of stretching in the shower, and about an hour or two while watching some stuff before bed with my partner. I've gotten pretty stealthy at this.

I’m so happy you’re seeing the signs of new growth which comes with bulging veins and a much heavier hang. Sounds like your routine is working so that’s a very good thing. I look forward to your measurement day and I hope you took very good first measurements to compare to. If you find yourself at a plateau at any time please let me know and I can help you work through that.
 
I got my sillisleeve in this morning. I'm wearing it now. I'm noticing it's a little difficult to put on and off, also, does it matter which side goes at the base as opposed to the head? How long am I supposed to wear it? and am I able to pee while wearing it? LOL. don't want to make a problem for myself that I have to explain later. LOLLOL

How long am I supposed to wear it? and am I able to pee while wearing it? LOL. don't want to make a problem for myself that I have to explain later. LOLLOL

Use a small amount of baby powder and it will go on and off much easier. I’m very happy that you have this and this will definitely go towards healing and bringing you bro so much faster. SRT is an amazing thing

Got a newbie routine in late in the evening. Gonna wear the sillisleeve through bed.

I have a question about the sillisleeve, DLD. Does it matter which way you put it on? there weren't any instructions in the package I received in the mail.

I slept with the sillisleeve last night, and woke up to an erection that was feeling a bit cramped. LOL.

I'm wearing the sillisleeve today. I'm noticing that I seems kinda loose. Like it's not quite keeping the turtling from happening like it was yesterday or the night before. Is that common after wearing it after a few days, DLD?

I'm wearing the sillisleeve today. I'm noticing that I seems kinda loose. Like it's not quite keeping the turtling from happening like it was yesterday or the night before. Is that common after wearing it after a few days, DLD?

Try using a hairdryer to have it conform back to its original state. Do not burn it! Just heat until it shrinks. If that does not work what I suggest is buying a smaller sleeve that’s difficult to get on so even if it stretches it will still be at the size you need. If you get a smaller sleeve it becomes very hard to put on But with a little bit of baby powder it’ll go on with ease.
 
I bought the one for the 4-inch girth initially. It's all misshapen now and looks like a flaccid penis itself. LOL

take it where you get it! Try to fit in things in anyway you can. I’m glad to see you got your work in. Whenever you have pockets of time during the day I would take advantage of those times to do some basic stretching or other basic exercises. For instance a trip to the bathroom could be used to get a set of basic stretching in. The more we address our penis the more it will grow.

you may want to think about switching up to the SSJ and maybe three or four weeks if jelqing starts to plateau. How was your expansion now?

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking with that question? Could you elaborate more? Is there something I should be paying attention to while I'm doing the jelqs?

I think I'm noticing some gains in my girth and in my stretched length, but I've not measured anything yet. I figure I'd wait til the end of the month before I look. I'm making sure to get it in AT LEAST once a day.

let us wait until the end of the month when you do your official measurements. If things are working right now we don’t want to change anything. But the next step in girth would be switching from the jelq to the SlowSquashJelq.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss I hope you’re pulling through this in the best way possible. My prayers go out to you and your family. As far as training goes there’s some times where we should take time off. At least you got something in and that matters.

I appreciate the good wishes and condolences DLD. The ceremony was beautiful. And despite the occasion, my family is stronger and closer because of it.

I'm ready to get back on the ball a month later. I didn't stop altogether, every few days or so I would at least make sure I did some stretching, and occasionally I'd do a set of jelqs. it wasn't a whole lot.

For shiggles (shits + giggles) I took measurements again, and it seems like I've gained an inch of flacid hang. Or perhaps I didn't take the best measurements, but I'm pretty sure I pushed that ruler all the way into that Bone pressed plate. I should've taken pictures, I'm not sure what I was thinking. But I definitely took good notes.

I will be taking new measurements and some pictures and putting them up here shortly for records.

I think I'm ready to invest in a hydromax bathmate.
But I'm not entirely sure which one I should get, the hyrdromax 7" or 9". I'm literally right at the 7 inch-ish mark BPEL. The 7 ends at that size, and the 9 starts at that size. 9's my goal, but I don't want to accidentally injure myself because the pumps the wrong size.

Do you know enough to know what the growth caps are for each of these pumps? Does the hydromax 7 stop at 7' or does it have more room than that?
