The Penis Enlargement chats I've seen work in the past (Brandon Reece's Penis Enlargement site for EX...was BUSY AS HELL back in the day) were directly associated with the PAY site part of the website. Seems from what I've seen, guys who are getting the ''milk for free'' don't use chat rooms.
