Who says having the webbing makes the product useless.
How are you set at the entrance? If you've got allot of space, think of getting a
cylinder seal like to the mitysleev.
This enables a tighter seal, closing the gap between the
cylinder and your girth
Once a session commences, you'll still primarily enlarge laterally, filling out to the sides, but from how I see it, the webbing won't stop you.
Perhaps think about the 5*5*3 routine, which consists of a manual girth exercise executed in synergy with the pumping for more concrete results.
