Who says having the webbing makes the product useless.
How are you set at the entrance? If you've got allot of space, think of getting a cylinder seal like to the mitysleev.
This enables a tighter seal, closing the gap between the cylinder and your girth
Once a session commences, you'll still primarily enlarge laterally, filling out to the sides, but from how I see it, the webbing won't stop you.
Perhaps think about the 5*5*3 routine, which consists of a manual girth exercise executed in synergy with the pumping for more concrete results.

I really don't know how it's sealed. I have no frame of reference. But when I press the ruler into my pelvis, I get erect length of 6.25. When I put my dick in the device and begin to pump, my shit feels tethered along the bottom and only goes to about 4" before the pump sucks my nuts into it...make sense yet? Urologists should know about the webbing. It can be corrected in most, if not all, cases. Sleeves can help, other thing is using cockring or cockcage to keep your balls down lower, that could help.

Most official retail bathmate outliets sell sleeves/comfort pads. Wearing a retainer (cock) ring deep into the base should also help to hold the webbing back.
