I have been doing foreskin restoration for the past few years and I am worried about losing the gains from restoring by doing PE as well at the same time. Is there anyone that is currently doing both or completed restoring then started PE

Welcome to the community, brother.

To address your concern, it's about which part of the foreskin you're attempting to restore. For example, if you're restoring the foreskin from the base of the glans to one third down the shaft, you don't have to worry there. Most of the growth in this segment focuses on the girth and glans, not the length. Most of the length growth starts roughly from the end of the third portion down to the base of the shaft, where the forekin is being tugged and pull as the inner segment of the penis is tugged out. In the center segment of the shaft, as the tunica and septum being pried apart, so does the foreskin there. So the foreskin lengthen as the central part of the penis lengthen. The same is true for the bottom area of the shaft. What you should be more worried is the out pacing growth of the shaft over the foreskin near the bottom of the shaft. If you outpace the foreskin growth, the scrotal sac connection at the bottom of the penile shaft rises up, creating the odd high and tight turkey's neck. This will force you to do balls and ligs stretches to restore the high rising connective tissue.
