Jeez, I am sorry man but he got banned by another Mod'' he was underage [16] and thats against the rules......shame, he was a nice guy.

yes he was okay .... I hope he isnt upset , he had some issue like me and DLD - i.e. depressed and he may be unstable now this is all he had.
If I were going to ban him, I would have talked to him via PM first, but I knew nuthing about it .... damn we will be looking like right tyrants if he goes to another board and slags us off.

That's a shame. He did seem like a nice guy. It's sad that someone like that who really wants to be a serious participating member of the Penis Enlargement community gets banned because of age, but I suppose there has got to be some standard. Here in the US, the land of litigation, one is always rolling the dice by allowing privileges to minors.

I think it's pretty pathetic not allowing minors to visit such forums because they are the ones who need advices and guidance the most.

It sucks for them, particularly the ones that are serious about this subject. But with the adult entertainment section and even some of the images that one can post and access here, it's not worth the legal risk. It's more of a reflection on where our society has gone than anything.

couldn't we have the board itself as 13+ since we do cuss and shit. that would've made him a legal member, and anyways CC is 13+. then we'll have the adult entertainment section, pictures, and our cocks blocked off to anyone under the age of 18. that would keep us away from trouble, right?

That might work, but verifying age could be a problem. Of course, someone can lie now, but by not allowing minors onto the site at all, the forum has a solid legal case. Whereas if just certain sections were blocked off, someone could argue that they're enticing and that it's clearly foreseeable that it would cause problems. I mean, you can imagine how that bullshit could go.

well I'm no expert at legal cases, but I can see what you're saying. too bad kid, don't let anyone discourage you from Penis Enlargement, 16's a tough time, and I want you to stay at what you know about Penis Enlargement. I feel sorry that Omul was banned, especially since it seems that I was the one who noticed that he was underage in his post in the Sexuality forum. He did indeed seem like a nice guy who was willing to learn the necessary skills to enlarge his penis, but unfortunately we can't risk allowing minors to frequent the boards because it poses major legal issues to everyone here.

If he is indeed serious about enlargement, he's probably already taken in enough information to keep himself busy for the next two years until he is of legal age to officially rejoin the Penis Enlargement'ing community. Hopefully he won't have given up on himself in that time.
