Extremely Frustrated - Post Newbie Gains

Here is my take FWIW. PE is a multi year process and I don't meaure often. I'll meaure quarterly or even 6 months if gains are slow because the up and downs would drive me nuts. I take my flacid meaurement more serious as it is the most accurate to what my optimal erect measurement will be. If it's up then my erect is not far behind.
Stay consistent and enjoy the ride. Hanging works as it is time under tension and it's not always about weight, but being fatigued. If you aren't sweating bullets the last few minutes of your last hanging session then you should do something different. Bundles, fulcrums, progressive or a combination is sometimes required to fatigue my penis and then ride the discomfort through the session. And always, the penis will contract after being damaged. Take a decon break after 6 to 8 months and then measure and the results will both surprise and encourage you. At some point you will find a sweet spot that works and things will happen quickly and surprise you...it damned sure surprised me.

In my opinion when it comes to hanging if im gonna hang i will do in the morning 3x20mins sets and 3x20 at night. I came to the conclusion that training at the start of the day and at the ending of it its the best way for best results , too bad i can only work at night since i live with my mom and she wakes up at 9am
 
I do the minimum of 2 hrs. daily and will throw in at least one mid day session during the weekend. So always 14+ hrs. weekly. I then throw on the phallosan after an aggressive hand stretching session. So another 80+ hrs. a week in the ADS, even overnight. All of my serious gains have come in the past year when I started consistently hanging. I also firmly believe the phallosan has accelerated gains.
My wife knows and supports me and enjoys the gains very much!! So I have the time and don't have to rush or hide my cock hanging to the floor or over the roller stand.

This is great news I am so happy that your routine is going so well. I bet you these gains you have made this year have a lot to do with the Phallosan and keeping you in an extended position over a long period of time taking advantage of the micro tears in hanging. SRT, my desk routine I’ve written yet, but it’s just as much emphasis on gaining as it does on healing. SRT cakes feeling very seriously because SRT has proven that training is simply not enough, Healing needs to be done also. As SRT advises using a cock ring after girth and using an extender after length makes a huge difference in how fast we gain.

Lol...No. I'm not brave enough,nor does my hanger support erect hanging. Interesting, I still have my Male hanger and could give a shot I guess! I will do some aggressive Bathmate stretches every couple of days. Too much Bathmate work and I have a hard time getting in the hanger and the phallosan....so I cut it back. I do believe that the Bathmate can help fatigue the ligs more and possibly accelerate gains though.

I would not do erect hanging as it is brand new and no one yet has done it long enough to show the stability and safety of it. I highly recommend that you start using your Phallosan as it is the only device that you can wear 24 hours a day. If you do not want to wear during the day use it at night while you sleep. It is the best way to heal in a elongated position. Healing is just as important as gaining. So even after your Bathmate workouts you should wear a cock ring to retain the pumped size you have made. I suggest that you read through the thread SRT as this will give you so many ideas on how to gain and heal in the smartest possible way. SRT has made gains possible for people who could not make them in the past no matter what they try. Give it a read over and if you have any questions please just ask.
