Extender log

Hi,

Been a while since I posted.
I will start to log my progress and work with the extender. My goal is to extend my D for 1000 hours and see from there.
It will be a peronal log, feel free to comment!

I have been doing PE (casually I might add) since 2015.
Start:
BPEL 5,5 inch
Girth 4,4 inch
current:
BPEL6,2 inch
Girth 4,8 inch

Backround
1 year ago I had to stop PE due to a horrible pump injury. I went to hard with the pump and got a thrombosed dorsal vein.
Altough the trombosis went away quit fast, the dorsal vein had suffered quit a blow and never went back to normal. Till this day (1 year later) I somthimes experince burning sensations and light sharp iching. I haven't done hardcore girth work since.

Lessen learned the hard way
HARD WORK PAYS OFF DON'T, BECOME TO GREEDY.

Overall I am quit happy with my gains but I still can't go back to intense pumping. So I will try out the extender.

Currently I am doing medium pumping / edging and stretch sessions.
I will add 4-6 hours x 6 days per week extender stretching to my routine.

Well spoken words, patience and dilligence matter a big deal with PE.

What a bummer! But you’re right you want to work really hard but you also want to be really safe. Sometimes we become overzealous and go to far created an injury that will keep us away from the game for quite a while in some situations. I’m glad you’re well enough to train again and I’m very impressed with the inch gain that you’ve already made.
 
So it has been a month since I started using the extender and logging my hours..
Overall I really like the device, and I am getting better at putting it on = better stretches.

I had a easy month so I had time to figure out a routine and use the extender as you can see below.
I have expirimented with cobining the extender en Bathmate, I found that when I use the bathmate before the extender I get a even better stretch then usual and it also functions as a good anti turtle strategy. So I will be using that combo regularly.

logged hours in the first 4 weeks ( 2 days off):
week 1: 21 hours
week 2: 24 hours
week 3: 34 hours
week 4: 35 hours
TOTAL of ≈ 115 hours extended.

I did messure to see if I have made any results, even when i think it is a bit early to do so.
It looks like a gained about 0.2 inch this first month. Not bad, considering I am still getting used the practise of extending.

This month I will try to log even more hours, and continue on my journey to extend for 1000 hours

What a bummer! But you’re right you want to work really hard but you also want to be really safe. That is exactly what i have realised, got to be patient for the REAL gains

week 1: 51 hours INSANE !!
week 2: 8 hours Recovery
week 3: 17 hours
week 4: 18 hours
TOTAL of ≈ 89 hours extended.

My routine for the upcoming month will be ≈ 5 hours x 6 days per week.
I have build in one recover day, so I won't over train my D agian.

This month I will be hitting one of my milestones, 250 hours in the extender. 1/4 of the road to 1000 hours extending. 1,5 week to go I will be doing my first progress measuring for this challenge. I am really looking forward to that day.

Once I hit 250 hours I will do a update and post my meassurements !

I hit the 250 hour mark with the extender and did new measuring to see how much I gained in the past 11 weeks since I started the extender journey.

250 hours extended (11 weeks)
Gained
= 0,4 inch /+1 cm :)

I am feeling good about the first result update !
750 hours away of my goal and I aim to gain another 1 full inch.

Girth 4,8 inch

I'll keep on going as planned.

Next week I will do another 4 week update !

Congratulations my brother! All gains are great gains! You are on the road to getting the size you deserve, just keep up the hard work and keep the intensity high.
 
It has been 3 month since I started using the extender for lenght. As you can see in my last post I already made it to one of my mile stones 250 hours, 750 to go!

This month I have had a rougher month with less time to extend, I got a new job now and still study.
(Gotta keep the money gains coming as well ?)
Occasionally there are some days where I can't find time to use the extender, so I see it as a earned rest day and try to compensate on other days.

Below are the hours extended this month.

logged hours in the 3 month (4 weeks) :
week 1: 27 hours
week 2: 11 hours
week 3: 14 hours
week 4: 23 hours
TOTAL of ≈ 75 hours extended.

I will be doing more intense workouts next and try to get even better stretches this month, as I am progressing fast with the extender rods.

Yes I will try to get even more intense workouts, I plan to meassure every 250 hours. 500 hours mile stone coming up soon!

What is your wrapping technique? Do you up the intensity each 15-20 mins?
Before I put on the extender I try to push blood to te head with kegels, then I wrap my penis under the glans while at the same time pushing al the excess foreskin down so it won't pull.
(Don't want more foreskin)

As for the intensity I graduattly tire out my PC muscle by stretching futher, it usually takes about 10-20 minutes to reach my maximum stretch. I leave it there for 1-2 hour(s) depending on how sore it gets.

Then I repeat the set for 3/4 times a day, I try to spread the sets throughout the day as much as possible.

Monthly update 4

Extending has now become a second nature of mine.
I am still discovering new insights about the extender and stretching as the days pass.

In week 3 of this month I felt discouraged for the first time. I wasen't having it, my willy felt sore and I was having some mild stinging sensations. I took a week off and was questioning if I still was benifitting as much as in the first months.

In week 4 I resumed my training and WOW!! Big pay off moment My D looked and felt so much bigger.
I really look forward to my next meassure at the 500 hour mark. I am at 336 now.

Whenever I feel like I have to take a brake to recover it is not because it is not working but because I am gaining so rapidly instead! I takes time for everything to catch up with the gains.

logged hours in 4th month (4 weeks) :
week 1: 17,5 hours
week 2: 15,5 hours
week 3: 4 hours (Recovery week)
week 4: 19,5 hours
TOTAL of ≈ 57 hours extended.

I had a good month , agian I am seeing compounding gains week by week, also noticing more girth for the first time. At the end of the 4th week my D needed some recovery time, so I will be taking a few days off extending.
When I come back in a few days I will up the intensity by adding another rod!

week 1: 14 hours
week 2: 14 hours
week 3: 13 hours
week 4: 18 hours
TOTAL of ≈ 57 hours extended.

I am on summer break from Uni now so I can schedule my workouts more easily

Can't wait for the next mile stone measurement. I am currently at 396 hours extended. I will meassure agian at 500 hour mark.
