I have made multiple different routine threads before but I feel that I need a fresh start. Right now I am getting back into a consistent routine and am looking to gain mainly length but girth is desired as a secondary. -PMP (don't know if i can use this one, for some reason the diaphragms break within a few day or so for me. does anyone know why this might be the reason?)
I used to do a lot of hanging in my routine but over the months i have realized that my urethra has split because of it near the bottom. I thoroughly enjoy hanging but i think due to my poor wrapping technique i am getting this injury. Could one of you brothers please help me figure out an effective wrapping technique for the lengthmaster?
Right now my routine is kind of all over the place, currently just doing 3x5minutes in the bathmate then a bit of manual stretching to finish it off. Could someone recommend a time efficient routine that include hanging and the bathmate?!
I am sitting around 6.5"nbpel x 5"mseg. In the short term (in 2 months or so) I am looking to get to around 7"x5.5", but ultimately the end goal is to get to 8"x6".
