Most people who consume vegetable oils already have WAAAAAYYYY too much omega-6 fatty acids in their diet. The ideal omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is 1:1. Most people who eat a typical Western diet have a ratio of 15:1- some as bad as 50:1! If you eat polyunsaturated fatty acids as found in vegetable oils then skip the omega-6 supplementation. High 6 to 3 ratio CAUSES inflammation.
 
I adviced that because i personally try to avoid all cooking oils and other people should too, i have what i call the tropical island diet, just imagine what would be on that island, animals, fruits, vegatables, nuts etc, and eat only these. If you dont expect mcdonald or a candy bar on that island, dont eat it.
I get my essentials oils from supplements.
