First of all, congrats on obtaining mechanic assistant tools. Most of the brothers here don't have that luxury. Glad you have both. And of course, no such thing as stupid questions here.
newbie here and been on and off with PE over last 1 year with not much success until i discovered this site. A bit overwhelmed with the wealth of knowledge here but this site is still a godsend. So far went through
SRT and trying to incorporate it into my daily schedule. I've bought the
mityvac and the
length master already. This might sound like a dumb question but is erect stretching just your standard
length master stretches but erect?
As our brother
@Growing4Squirting indicated, erected stretching is to push optimal stretching gains towards permanent/cementing gains. If you're doing it inside the
Length Master's plates, it will be a very, very, and I do mean EXTREMELY painful method. However, you can use erect stretches using your fingers, penis
sleeve,
cock rings, or whatever soft restrictive method you want. Again, the safe keyword is "restrictive" and not "constrictive". Constrictive is to prevent blood from leaving your penis altogether. Any accidental of rise of pressure, that pressure will be added to the existing pressure when the penis is already under intense pressure. Restrictive allows the pressure to release when the pressure reach past 105%. This is when the fascias (the skin tissues outside of the blood chambers) indicate possible ruptures. If you need more info on this, let us know.
Overall, erect stretching is manual hand-based stretches, with very little mechanical assist using rings, sleeves, and wraps at the base of the penis. the plates will kill you.
Should I do basic stretching while erect 3 x week? And do these have to be done directly after the length routine or can it be done at a different time of day?
Erect stretches can be incorporated into your normal routine as many days as you want based on your routine of days doing PE and day of rest. The erect stretches will take whatever you have already stretched using the
Length Master and
MityVac pumping and further push an additional stress level to make it a cementing stretch. The best analogy is a slow jog first, follows by a moderate jog, then a quick stretch to key tuning your muscles and joints to prevent sudden displacement or tear, and then a quick burst run. The erect stretch is the final light stretches at the end to move your lactic acid out of the tissues, reprime your joints and muscles to preventing them from knotting, and loosen up the thick tissue fibers so they don't cool down incorrectly. That's what erect stretching is. Hope that gives you a visual.
