You say erect stretching cements temporary gains. I haven’t been doing any erect stretches but I have been doing everything else. What kind of erect stretches should I be doing? Any routines? Cause I’ve been doing everything else from length master, DLD blasters, kegels, reverse kegels, penomet etc. And if I don’t do erect stretching does that mean my gains won’t cement and I won’t get bigger? Lots of factors seem to matter here
 
They are very simple do. Get yourself a good erection, grip your penis right below the head, and stretch straight out in front of you for as long as he can hold that stretch, rest as needed. You want to do this for about 10 minutes, three or four times a week.
 
Like the name suggests, Erect stretching is done when you are erect....
Just grad your penis and stretch outwards in all directions just like flaccid stretching....

Haha okay, I appreciate it. So there’s no advanced erect stretching? No specially texhniques? Just basic stretching?

DLD, do you consider erect stretches in a pump the same as erect by hand?
 
No. Erect stretches in the pump will end up becoming hard core stretches which will affect internal penis. When stretching with your hand you’ll be stretching the shaft and ligament which close the gap on FSBPL and BPL
Make sense.

Can we do an erect stretch while in a pump for example? Grab the tube and bull on it to get the stretch?

yes, that is called a hard-core stretch. If you look up Bathmate Hardcore Stretches you will find it there. This is considered an expressive stretch. This means you’ll be pulling penis from inside your body outward.
 
I understand the difference in the two the erect and hardcore.

My question is since the erect affects the shaft, hardcore for the inner, and lazy stretches for the ligs. How my days a week and how long should each different variation be done?

Have you tried using baby powder so you don’t slip? You could also try latex or rubber gloves. You can also get a bag of MOSGrip which is great with grip.

Sounds like you clogged up your pump with petroleum. You’ll need to take apart the valve and remove and clean all of the Vaseline away. Vaseline should never go into your pump it should only go on the seal against the skin.

I'll try to clean out the pump, I just hope it's not ruined. It came with a tub that is silicon that you go into and that's why i would lubricate it up. I never cleaned that out; which Is my fault.

I am noticing flaccid gains, i am ready to see those turn into erect gains.

I bought a generic ball stretcher as well because I saw you say that it will help you hang lower. How long should I wear it? It is just a rubber ring that goes strong scrotom i wanted the one where you could put weight to it, but it seems everyone is out of stock.

I am sorta doing the things for the ball stretching. Just pulling them down while raising my dick. I usually do this for a 30 count

Would the jelqing device be good for erect stretching? At the base and below the head?

I never really considered that but I guess you could do that. It will be an inexpensive experiment that may bring some awesome growth. Be a pioneer and give it a go!

Is there a “best time” to do erect stretches? I typically do my flaccid stretching in the late evening (LM). I most often use bathmate in the morn (12-15min). Is there a time that will cement gains fastest? Or just whenever you can squeeze in erect stretching?

Your dick doesnt know what is the "best time", it's a tissue, it responds to whatever force we apply to it.

I do it, after all my stretching has been done. Meaning, after extending, (flaccid) B. stretching, (flaccid) E. stretching (sometimes I do some sets of "hardcore bathmate expressive stretches") and after my hanging.

Right after that I pop a viagra or eat 5g of l citrulline 30min right after extending, and 5g right after my last exercise, to maximize the effect, before erect stretching.

And lastly I watch a lesbian adult entertainment video, for some stimulation, and stretch while rock hard.

Erect stretching is extremely important to close the gap between your bone pressed flaccid stretch and your bone pressed erect stretch. It is the only exercise that will close this gap

You need to do expressive stretching too with your length master. It is a flaccid exercise. You pull from the base of the penis.

It is simple. Get fully erect and grip just below the head and stretch with intensity straight out. There should be a video in the video section or on the MOS DVD

Again. Thx alot for answering so fast. In this forum I feel more comfortable. I'm doing errect stretching while wearing the PenimasterPro.

Bought that thing a couple years ago, when I suddenly recognized a really awesome stretch due to a errection. Thought this would be a great workout compared to flacid all day stretching. Thought maybe there are some hidden gains. Have never done hanging, but now I can imagine what it could feel like.

Just a little concerned overdoing it. 20 - 30 min full errect after that lower tension. Again full errect for this timeframe again lower tension. This goes a couple of times throughout the day. I'm not counting the hours. When the little guy gets exhausted I'll wrap him up to stay elongated. In german forums they are warning reaching a plateau or gains wouldnt be possible in the future. Whats your opinon DLD?

The gains is practically the same erected or flaccid. The one advantage to flaccid is the amount of additional sheer stressor for elongation in length (longitudinal) can gain is 100% to 170% higher than the erected. Erected stretching can actually favor more on the girth gain over the length gain. It does vary from person to person.

You can go fully erected up to 4 hours at a time if you want to, as long as you don't use a constriction device at the base of the penis. If it's natural veinous constriction where you body naturally have erections that last for hours on end, that's not a problem. Your body automatically release and constrict to get new refreshed blood. Using a device like a very tight cock ring or a clamp to constrict your blood past 10 minutes at a time, you will suffer thrombosis, or worst, deep vein thrombosis that can cause severe bodily harms.

When you reach plateaus, there are ways to get around it. It does take a bit of time to "reset" your tissues, but there are also ways to get around it without breaking for too long. Just long enough for your brain and body to think "it's time to move on and not fight back."

A plateau is expected once in a while. This is temporary and with a bit more effort you can break through
