You say erect stretching cements temporary gains. I haven’t been doing any erect stretches but I have been doing everything else. What kind of erect stretches should I be doing? Any routines? Cause I’ve been doing everything else from length master, DLD blasters, kegels, reverse kegels, penomet etc. And if I don’t do erect stretching does that mean my gains won’t cement and I won’t get bigger? Lots of factors seem to matter here
