EQ while laying on your back

I've noticed that I can't get as hard (100%) while laying on my back as I can while standing. I also seem to lose my erection a bit faster. Is there anything I can do about this?

Could be worth looking into possible venous leak. maybe read up on it and see if it fits the symptoms.

Is this happening when you are solo or with a partner? Either way, it is not unusual and it comes right down to gravity. When your heart is at the same level as your penis it takes stronger blood flow to achieve and maintain a really firm erection. Your arousal level and elapsed time since last ejaculation come into play as well. And if you are on your back and she’s on top, say reverse cowgirl, things become even worse because her body weight on your pelvis and/or thighs will decrease the blood flow where you need it most. Try standing on the floor. Slide her to the edge of the bed. From the standing position you can perform a modified missionary, doggy or piledriver. Since your body's upright, you’ll have maximum blood flow as well as full control of the pace. Admire the view and stimulate her clit and breasts. You’ll find you can last longer this way as well.
Practice your kegels and reverse kegels. This will improve your EQ and command over your erection greatly. I would recommend taking 25-50 mgs of Suhagra. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. (rock)

Very wise and smart way to progress. I think people get really freaked out over stuff before they completely understand what they are going through. Erection quality is probably the easiest thing to deal with.
 
When standing one must contend with gravity's effects on the circulatory system. This is why it's easier to maintain a full erection while reclined/seated than standing.

Blood flow is improved in a similar fashion when reclined/seated since the heart is at a higher elevation than the penis. But you’ll find that you have more stamina and control over ejaculation when standing as well as more powerful thrusts.

This is true. It's important to always measure length in the exact same position. I have long legs and if I am sitting in a chair with the ruler pressed against the bone, I can increase my length by 1/8 - 3/16 inches by simply spreading my knees apart froggy style.

That will depend on the individual. From what I've seen, more men complain about losing erections when transitioning to a standing position. This is very often the case with men who have borderline EQ issues.
 
The legs have allot of circulation going through them, some pretty important connections, so it makes sense when one stands the erection quality is not like it would be, compared to the seated position, when the legs are not taking the body's weight, not much stress placed on them equals not as much stress on the circulatory system as well.

If I stand straight up and try to measure length, I usually fail. It’s hard to get good consistent measurements for me.

I usually sit on my knees, on my bed, like when you’re about to enter her doggystyle.

That’s a position where I can maintain fairly good erections. So I use that as consistent measurements.
 
In a reclined position with the hips thrust out slightly should allow you to get an easier full erect length measure.

You are correct so many men will mess up their measurements by measuring from a different place or from a soft place. It is vital that the ruler is firmly against the center of the pubic bone. From there you measure to the tip of the head and you mark down with that measurement is. If you prefer to measure from the side be sure that your anchoring the ruler in the same exact place, against bone for every measurement. If you measure from a different place or from a softer place you’ll get very inconsistent measurements. With PE the trainees measurement matters so much so we should measure consistently to see these gains.

You want to do lots of Kegels and also, don't masturbate daily.
 
Train with kegels at every moment possible
