electronic pad

I'm not sure if I've posted this question before on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words], but I'm sure I did on EZ. What I was thinking:

You know the electronic pads lazy people use for training their abs and other muscles...what if you could make such a small pad that you could place between the anus and scrotum. Because this would be the closest place near the PC muscle. If used often, it could make you gain quicker. The theory and BS, because I've tried it on my abs and they became stonger and I didn't do situps or crunches...

Anyone else???

But i'm cheap. Could some genious in here think of a device we'd all could make ourselfs with a fraction of the price of the Igia Elecrosage 8?
