Effective BTC variation.

I've been trying to hit my BTC stretches harder and found one that gives me alot of leverage.

After pulling your cock back BTC, instead of standing straight up, get into a 3-point stance like a down lineman in football. This allows you more leverage in your stretch and works great for me.
 
I tried this, and it definitely increases intensity. However, with the BTC stretches, the aim is to target the ligs 100%. This is best targeted by rocking your hips FORWARD, which requires you to stand up and almost lean backward, tucking your hips. Try that one out; you can do both variations.
 
yeah, I definitely see what you're saying. I will do them both. I love varying up the stretches.

One of the things I found in Penis Enlargement is that doing stretches during my session allows me more "stretch" in my main stretches, if that makes any sense.
