I am sure that normal sweat, body fluids, etc. become more prominent when a man is aroused, just as a woman (but on a much smaller scale) But as a rule, I have never heard it. Necessity is the Mother of invention so perhaps a desperate sexual situation, with no lube may lead to the bodies help in providing a sort of lubricant.
