downward stretch ouch !

hey guys i was just wondering if anyone else had the same feeling as me when they do the downward stretch, but only straight down .
you see in any other full force stretched position even downward right or left im fine but for some reason when i stretch directly downward i feel like im about to pull my cock off .
i do the same intensity for every direction ,so i dont no why this way feels diffrent . ?:(
 
Its the most effective direction to stretch. Last time my lig popped I grew .25" about 3-4 days later. But don't go trying to make them pop or you will get injured they pop when they want and sometimes you gain without them doin it. Almost like popping your knuckles there's no pain its just a pop.
 
ya but like directly down sometimes i cant even bare it! like im fine when imnot stretching so i no theres no ripp or anything but , in all seriousness it freggin kills.
ruins my whole routein!

Try using the Y-Stretch in place of the downward stretch.

Hey don't worry man, i have the EXACT same problem...

I guess the way our ligaments are arranged we get the maximum stretch in this position.

I had to take 4 day off from the downward stretch last week cuz my ligaments got really sore.

So I've come up with a plan of attack...

One week I will hit the downward stretch to the max, and then the next week I will not do the downward stretch at all...give my ligaments time to recover

You still do all the other stretches just not the downward one...
