I dont know if someone has posted a similiar stretch, but I wanted to share it with you.
1. Grab as close to the base as possible with an overhand grip (thumb facing to the body)
2. Pull to the side till you feel the lig stretch
3. use your second hand and put it on your stretching hand's wrist or backhand and push it to the side
you are stretching (for a stronger stretch).
4. Hold the stretch (you can also change the angles while you stretch for more even more intensity)
5. You can variate the stretch by stretching till you feel the ligs, and then hitch it to the side.
(like fast pulls, but not too fast and hard, be careful)Start slowly and then put more intensity in the pulls.
