Does the PC squeeze work for you? My new 6 pack squeeze!

I believe i have a pretty weak PC muscle and i am in the process of strenghtening it. But i just wanted to know from others that have a much stronger one...does the squeeze during sex work well for you? oh and one more thing, i have sort of a temporary squeeze that i do during sex, until my real PC muscle developes. What i mean is instead of during your basic "stop the urine from flowing" contraction, i actually do a very....Very tough abdomnial squeeze and my sack jumps right up like its supposed to. I found this out one day when i was doing my PC workout in the bathroom and used the wrong muscles trying to maintain my 1 minute contraction. I know it may sound like a long shot but believe me lol, just go in the bathroom and squeeze your abdominals in all the different ways you know possible until you see your sack jump up.

i have a fairly good 6 pack, so im wondering if its maybe all the pressure from my stomach coming down and squeezing. I dunno who knows but i started doing PC exercises 2 weeks ago and my GF came over yesterday so i thought id try out my abdominal squeeze method and lemme tell you she came all over my god damn bed (sorry to be so graphic lol) but i had to change the bed sheets instantly (and SHE fell asleep after sex this time hehe). After that i figured i had to get on and tell you guys about it asap.

Current: 7"(BP) 5" girth
Goal: 8.5"(BP) 6.2 girth
 
my friend has a 6 pack two and he can make his sack go up and down... actually only one side of it but still... maybe its only if u have a 6 pack, cuz i know i cant do it, ive tried alot 2
 
i have a pretty decent 6 pack too...but i don't think i ever tried to do the admoninal squeezes though...i just know i am going to spend an hour in the bathroom trying to make my sack jump....i just started doing pc exercises 6 weeks ago....i try to do do atleast 600 kegels a day...i think it would take atleast 2 or 3 mths to really streghten the muscle...but i hope someone with more experience on the subject replies too.
 
hey hey keep in mind its not weather or not you can see your 6 pack, you just gotta have a strong one ;). So potential everyone has a chance at being able to do these....do those situps! heheh
