does cock ring (band)damage anything?

i started using a band to hold pressure while doing PE and i feel like i got used to it now i lost some of my erection hardness after using it for about a year
is that normal? or did i mess something up?
i used it as kind of maintenance and pre pump to get some expansion before i pumped and on days i didnt pump i just beat it with the ring thinking it was keeping it in more expanded state
but now it doesnt get as hard without it

When you wear a band during pumping, depending on how much restriction or full constriction you put on the penis, it dictate how much internal pressure you build up during the pumping. Too much pressure can cause temporary overloading expansion.

Is it bad? Long term, it can. For now, if you allow a reset of tissues, or turnover period, the tissues will restrengthen over time. The standard time is around 8 to 12 weeks.

The restorative method is to only pump and jelq without the ring going forward. Ease up on the pressure as well. This will prevent the over exertion of the internal pressure that stresses the tissues mesh composition for your tunica and septum.

from what i understand is that the pressure is held by constricting outlet blood vessels in penis.(how cialis works)
so by using the ring to hold pressure i somewhat broke the natural mechanism that holds blood in penis
am i correct or is there something else maybe nutritional defficiency that be happening at the same time?

Well, there's a major difference there between a band and natural penile constriction. Natural constriction still allows blood to exchange in and out. The volume of blood gets recycled is the same every 10 to 20 seconds, while the sphincter near the base of the penis plays a role like a rotating gate, allowing fresh blood with food load of oxygen to enter. The band on the other hand acts like a one way gate. Blood can go in, but nothing goes out. The skin color changes because there is no new blood enriched with oxygen.

Check the bottom of your eye lids and see if you are lacking iron. Possibly VitD (use D3)? Zinc? Magnesium? VitC? Have you check your blood panel in the recent years?

I'm firing in the dark and not sure if your dietary intakes. I'm searching your posts on your past mentions but find very little.

Thanks for the mention...I actually switched to Rainbow Light (not the most manly name for vitamins :LOL:) 50+ one a day multi. It's organic and certified raw.

 
I take some supplements already for workout and stress management

Try to do your best to destress without supplements dependant. Exercises are great, but find a way to destress without extensive supplements. Sorry to say, but a woman's biological makeups allow extreme sexual stimulation for a few hours during rest time can destress her much faster than a male on tons of meds.

Eat well, rest well, and exercise are a good combo. Supplement and routines for sexual health are required since those previous three won't help.
 
The utmost importance is to be a master of sleep. Sleep 8 hours...Make this non-negotiable. You will be amazed how much 8 hours will reset your body.

Not just the body, but mental state. The most crucial is the sleeping period, around 3 hours after sundown, or the latest at 10PM.
