I've already made my first thread where i posted my basic info.
Here i will skip other things and let the progress begin!!!!
PE measurements (starting):
BPEL- 16cm
NBPEL- 13cm
Girth-13.5cm
Goals:
Visible length: 18cm
Girth: we can work until reaching 15.5cm (for now only length work)
Day 1
DIET : Fasted for 16 hours, followed by 8 hours eating window (I continued with intemittent fasting ). THROW AWAY all junk BS and start eating veggies, fruits, potatoes, chicken, tuna, eggs, integral bread etc... It is good for you body (and for your buddy down there, he is part of your body too
)
FITNESS: Morning home workout after breakfast, push ups, sit ups, exercise for back posture, tabata hiit training (like cardio)
PE workout: Masturbation (for more stretchable penis and as warm up)--> Length workout from @DLD (without: behind cheek stretch... I'm still chubby for that exercise) ----> Few seconds of Helicopters at the end.
DAY 1- SUCCESSFULLY DONE !
I feel great. Few hours left from eating window, so I'm going to prepare something to eat and start studying for exams.
