Well if you don't mind me responding I'll answer what my experiences have been.
I tried starting out with every other day and that worked for awhile but then I needed more expansion so had to switch to an everyday schedule. Starting out every other day should be fine but if/when you start flatlining on gains I'd recommend seeing if doing them everyday would help.
Also by doing them everyday I stay plumped throughout the day all week, rather than kind of diminishing the day after. Hope that helped a bit, but if something works for you keep doing it! Good luck!
