Dick shrinking?!

So I’ve been using the bathmate and the length master. They are both the best devices I’ve had. I was stuck on a plateau of 7.5 inches nbpel and 8bpel and 8.75 bpfsl. The bathmater and length master helped me get to 7.75nbpel, 8.25 bpel and 9.25 bpfsl. Lately my dick has been measuring at 6.5 nbpel and 7 bpel, my bpfsl has gone down to 9. I’m really worried and hope this isn’t permanent. I’ve had some fluctuations before, but nothing as drastic as this. I’m scared my penis is getting used to PE and may be going back to its original size before I started PE. Has anyone had a similar issue? Is this normal? What should I do? I feel devistated...
 
You just answered your own question, your penis is becoming too used to the exercises you’re doing. This means it’s time to change up your routine. You can do this by adding a new exercises, using your tools in different ways, adding time or intensity, there are many ways to do this.

What have you been doing lately that caused this issue? Have you been under a lot of stress? Have you had bouts of depression? Are you feeling anxious or scared about anything? Maybe the temperature is too cold. Many things can cause shrinkage but anything that is lost in shrinkage comes back immediately upon training.

let me know how you’re using your tools and what your routine you are following. Be very specific and let me know every exercise, how many reps and how much time. The more specific you can be the better I can help you.
 
Currently my routine consists of doing the dld noobie routine with the length master. Only difference is each rep is done bundled, and each rep is extended from 30 seconds, to a minute. I then jump into a bathmate, 3 sets of 5 minute reps. I then jelq 300 reps.

this sounds like it is a wonderful routine but maybe you have come to a place of plateau where you will need to either increase the intensity, add time or completely change the routine. I suggest taking a few days off while we work on a new routine together. This will give your penis a chance to relax while we create a plan that will get you growing again.

I thought I sent this. No big deal I’ll just send it again. I would like you to look at this routine and get your feedback. Skip the SiliStretcher and the MOSred section. If you get the opportunity to get these two other devices in the future we can work them into this routine. But I thought this is a very good plateau breaking routine let me know what you think.


This is a intermediate to advanced routine, I would not use this until you have plateaued from a lengthmaster basic routine.

Im currently at 7.5 inches and I needed more intensity in my routine for faster gains for 8 inches and beyond so I've been doing this routine for the past 3 weeks. Already have seen visual gains.
For length I have a rotating routine and take no days off maybe once a week if i'm really sore, I do all length and girth work in front of a heat lamp, and warm up with a mos red for 8:30 before length or girth. I also use the lengthmaster exclusively for length.
I do all my length work in the morning and girth work at night. I use the mos red once more before night and before girth work if its that day, but instead I use it on the area in between the balls and the asshole to target the inner penis.

Day 1
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Standing:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Down left 1:45, down right 1:45, btc squat down 1:30
3. Left 1:45, right 1:45, straight out 1:45
4. Up left 1:45, up right 1:45, straight up 1:45( I twist the lengthmaster down for a stronger stretch during these)
Sitting:
1. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
2. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
3. Straight out and up (twist lm down
4. Straight up (twist lm down)
5. Mandingo stretch left twist 1:30, mandingo stretch right twist 1:30
6. Lengthmaster roll 1:30 ( these hit the septum so fucking hard WOW)
7. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
9. Strap into silistretcher medium tension for rest of the day
Mos red once more before girth

Day 2
-Mos red for 8:30 both lights, 5 inches away
Sitting:
1. 5 minute bundled stretches to warm up
2. Bundled downward stretch 3:30 left twist, bundles downward stretch 3:30 right twist ( I'll do 2 full twists for 2 minutes then 2 1/2 twists for 1:30)
3. Straight out 1:45 (twist lm up)
4. Straight out and down (twist lm up)
5. Straight out and up (twist lm down
6. Straight up (twist lm down)
7. Btc down 1:30
8. Length master mandingo stretch with power assists trapping the top lig 8:00(left twist 4 minutes, right twist 4 minutes)
9. 8. Lengthmaster dld blaster A stretch at very base with penis through hole of power assist(pulling up with power assist) for 6 minutes (still strapped into lengthmaster)
10. Length master roll 1:30
11. Btc squat down 1:30, btc squat down left 1:45, btc squat down right 1:45
12. Strap into silistretcher medium tension rest of the day.
I do kegels at night after girth work, only do girth every other day.

Some questions i have for the more experienced members here: are the length master dld blaster A stretches with the power assists and mandingo stretches im doing an adequate amount of expressive stretching. Ive just stared expressive stretching. Also when using the silistrecher as an ads should i ramp up the force over time? I usually wear it for around 6-8 hours a day.

Ill be updating this thread every Friday with a log and results when i do measure.

Thank you DLD. Also sometimes I feel the LM is stretching my skin more than it is stretching my internals because I don’t feel it gripping into my tunica. I can feel it sliding I’ve my tunica no matter how much I wrap or tighten the LM. I believe this may be the reason why my penis is shrinking.

You always want to pull as much skin behind the length master so your Affectively stretching tissue and not skin. The Testicle Health massage and stretch can really help with this issue.

The Length Master, Bathmate and Mityvac are the 3 best devices for PE. They rarely require parts replacements, especially the length master. Have you gained back your lost size? It's strange to loss that much gains. Did you gain weight? it would be nice to get feedbacks from you concerning your current size.
